"Usually has what I need when I order"
I’ve been ordering from bjs.com a couple times a month for a while now, and most of the things I need are usually in stock. Every few weeks I’m grabbing paper goods, snacks, and drinks, and those are easy to find. Every now and then, something will show as available when I place the order, then it gets removed later, which is a little annoying. But overall, it still saves me from driving around and hoping stores have what I need. I’d give it 4 stars...

I don’t remember the exact amount I saved, but I do remember thinking the prices were better than what I usually see. Ended up saving a decent bit, so I’m happy with it.

"Pretty good order overall"
I was in a good mood when my BJ’s order arrived, and I was glad to see everything was there with nothing missing. One item came in a different size than what I chose, but it was still something I could use, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a good experience.

I was in a good mood after using bjs.com because the checkout process went smoother than I expected. My cart loaded without any drama, and the payment went through right away. The only slightly annoying part was figuring out the coupon, which took me a minute, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it felt quick, easy, and thankfully stress-free.

"Coupons and rewards are a total mess"
The coupons are such a pain. Half the time they don’t even apply, even when the item looks like it should count, which is just ridiculous. And the rewards system? What a confusing little gremlin. I clicked around forever and still wasn’t totally sure if I actually used them right.

"Refund took way too long"
I returned something to BJ's it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. The tracking clearly showed they received it back, but my refund just sat there for weeks with no real update. Every time I reached out to customer service, I got the same generic copy-and-paste response, no one actually seemed to look into it or fix anything. After dealing with that, I’m definitely not ordering from them online again.

"Kind of wish I’d picked the fresh stuff myself"
I’ve ordered fresh food from bjs.com a few times now, i’m a little torn. Some of the fruit and meat showed up totally fine, but the lettuce and berries were already getting soft by the next day, which made me regret not just grabbing those items in-store myself.
It’s definitely not the worst experience, and the prices are decent, but I do wish they were more careful about checking the produce before sending it out. I’d probably still order again, just maybe not the more delicate fresh stuff.

I won’t get into all the usual polished store-speak, but they do have a good mix of things. I’ve been able to grab snacks, basic household stuff, and random little things I didn’t want to make a separate trip for. Nothing fancy, just useful

"My order showed up fast, just about..."
My order showed up fast, just about when I expected it. The outside of the box had a small dent on one corner, but everything inside was protected well and arrived in perfect shape. I appreciated the careful padding around the item, which made it feel like they actually took the time to pack it right.

"Pickup Took So Much Longer Than Expected"
I usually use BJ’s pickup because it’s supposed to make life easier and save me time, but this curbside experience was really frustrating. I checked in through the app and still ended up sitting there for almost 30 minutes, watching other cars pull in and leave before me. On top of that, a few of my items were missing, so I had to call afterward to get it sorted out. The staff was friendly enough, which I appreciated, but the whole process felt messy and unorganized. I left feeling disappointed.

"Membership doesn’t feel worth it anymore"
I’ve had a BJ’s membership for a while, and it just doesn’t feel like I’m saving enough anymore to make the cost worth it. Some items are still a decent deal, but a lot of the stuff I buy is the same price or even cheaper at regular grocery stores when they run sales.
The website also gets on my nerves when I’m trying to check deals or coupons, and sometimes I feel like the savings aren’t as straightforward as they should be. I’ve started wondering if there are little extra costs or catches baked in somewhere, because the overall value just feels low to me lately

"Easy trip, clean store"
Stopped by BJ’s this week and it was a smooth trip. The store looked clean, the aisles were easy to move through, and most things were right where my brain expected them to be. I kind of use that as my shortcut for whether a store is easy to shop, if I don’t have to wander around thinking too hard, it’s a win. Got in and out quickly, so no complaints from me.

I was disappointed this time. The stuff felt cheap right out of the box, and it didn’t hold up for long at all. it’s annoying because I spent time ordering it, unpacking it, and trying to make it work, just for it to fall apart so quickly. Felt like wasted energy.

"Works well overall, just a little slow sometimes"
I’ve had a good experience with the app most of the time. Ordering is easy and everything is laid out in a simple way, which I appreciate. The only downside is that it can load a bit slowly here and there, but overall it gets the job done
